1. PROJOY PEFS-PL Series Rapid Shutdown / RSD— PEFS-PL Series

We all know that as long as there is radiation on the panel, a voltage of 600~1500Vdc will be generated on the DC side. Even the DC isolator is integrated into the solar inverters, but even when the DC isolator is turned off, there will still be up to 600~1500Vdc between the inverter and the PV panels.

If fire happens in installation without firefighter safety switch, the high voltage DC current inside the panel array or between the panel array and the inverter will threaten the personal safety of firefighters. 

PEFS-PL series rapid shutdown, each fast shutdown can serve 1 or 2 panels. Relying on built-in temperature sensor, it can automatically disconnect the equipment when the temperature exceeds 85℃. With Projoy's PEFS-PL rapid shutdown installed in PV system, each panel will be in open circuit state, and the voltage between panels will be lower than 80V or customized voltage level. The new generation PEFS-PL series which is now in development can monitor and optimize the power generation data of each panel in real time. In the event of an emergency, the panels can be quickly disconnected through the AC switch or fast shutdown button.

Projoy's PEFS-EL series rapid shutdown is applied to residential PV system or industrial and commercial PV system, its maximum loop voltage can be up to 1500V which meets the requirements of high-power panel. Relying on advanced temperature sensor to real-time monitoring the temperature inside the enclosure, Projoy’s rapid shutdown can automatically disconnect the switch if the inside temperature exceeds 70℃.

DC Miniature Circuit Breakers PEBS-H, with capacities of load isolation and overload/short circuit protection, are designed for PV, energy storage and other DC applications, mainly placed between batteries and hybrid inverters. Max voltage up to 1000VDC, current up to 125A. The main designing criteria of this circuit breakers is to provide scientific arc extinguishing and flash barrier technology to fulfill quick and safe current interruption. PEMC DC Molded Case Circuit Breaker is suitable for large-scale PV systems, energy storage system, DC rated voltage can achieve 500 -1000V.
